What he said was The Indian air transport sector is among the most vibrant and fastest growing in the world, but it could be a much greater catalyst for economic growth if critical bottlenecks in the system are removed. The IATA has given India five defy to develop Indian air transportation. They are simplifying business through efficient use of the new technologies, giving commercial freedom, enhancing safety, reasonable taxation and immediate fortification in the infrastructure. According to the growth rate forecast of IATA, the international air traffic to India has grown to 8.4% between 2004 and 2009. So to increase more and more air traffic to India, the sophistication and comforts must be increased and costs for the flights has to be revised. Let's have a look at the challenges in detail. Simplifying business through efficient use of technologies can be implemented in issuing of tickets online. Also removing paper records for freight processing, RF identification for baggage clearance and using bar code recognizer for boarding passes. If these are implemented in air ports the passenger will not face any unwanted delays.
