I arrived in Chiang Mai yesterday morning after a long trip here from Kanchanaburi with Danny a guy from England that I have joined up with for a bit. Before leaving Kanchanaburi we had the misfortune to learn that you couldn’t buy train tickets online less that 3 days before the train so we left quickly and caught the next bus back to Bangkok to buy tickets before they sold out

April 30thFor Frances and I Asia is an area not well explored. We have sampled aspects in previous trips but for both of us the chance to spend 4 months in Asia was partly to ensure we developed a greater appreciation of what ldquoAsiansrdquo were and what made up the cultural and political background of what must be more than 12 of the worldrsquos population.

Dear PeepsHave been coming back to the apartment hotels and just falling straight into bed so have absolutely no time to write about our adventures. I planned to chill out today and book a bus out of Salta to San Pedro De Atacama in Chile. I drove off the barge after we docked in Wadi Halfa and met up with the group. Although finding a place to get the shots is easy finding a place to get them and to have enough money to go get food after wards is the challenge but i trust that God will take care of me and i just need to have faith
